I personally design and craft each piece of jewelry with love and care in my studio in Bern.
Using brazing techniques, I create unique pieces of jewelry from:

When processing opals, I use only high-quality, natural stones, which I source from experienced stone cutters in Switzerland, Australia, and Mexico.

Prices for Australian opals vary greatly depending on color rarity, pattern, brightness, base tone, shape, and the quality of the cut and polish. Black opals are the most valuable due to their dark base tone, which intensifies the play of colors. Opals with consistent, vibrant color, strong contrasts, and unique patterns are highly valued. Particularly brilliant opals with rare patterns can fetch prices of over CHF 10,000 per carat.

Return criteria:
Contact: Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the delivery if you wish to initiate a return. (Email: info@osonoart.ch)

· Return period: The return should reach me within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Condition : Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This means no signs of wear, no damage, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. If the items are not returned in this condition, I unfortunately cannot avoid the loss of value, and you would be responsible for any loss.

Unfortunately, these items are not returnable:

· Custom-made or personalized orders : These special pieces are made uniquely for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items: Sale bargains are final – unfortunately, you cannot return or exchange them.

Yes, an exchange is possible – the same conditions apply as for returns: The piece of jewelry must be unworn and undamaged, and you have 14 days from receipt of the order to return it.

Custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days by registered mail (for orders over CHF 100).

I ship worldwide – free of charge with Swiss Post . Delivery times vary by country and are based on official information from Swiss Post.

Please note: Any customs or import fees (outside Switzerland) are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by the respective authorities.

• 💧 Avoid contact with chemicals – please remove it when showering, swimming, cleaning, etc. Perfume, chlorine, lotions, and cleaning products can damage both the opal and the silver.
  
• 📦 Store carefully & protect from shocks – Silver and opals are rather soft and delicate materials – they react sensitively to pressure, shocks or friction.
  It's best to store your jewelry overnight in a soft-lined jewelry box —ideally individually so they don't scratch each other.
  
• ☀️ Protect opals from strong sunlight – they are sensitive to intense UV radiation and strong temperature fluctuations.

925 silver tarnishes over time if it isn't used regularly. This is normal, as the material reacts with sulfur compounds in the air. This causes a dark layer to form on the surface. This is a natural process and not a defect in the jewelry.

Storage : If possible, store airtight in a jewelry box or similar

Polish : Polish your jewelry regularly with the included polishing cloth.
Note: The cloth is waterproof – please do not wash.

Clean gently with mild soap and lukewarm water – e.g., using a soft toothbrush.

Choosing the right ring size is important and not that complicated. With a few simple tips, it's quite easy. The most accurate way is, of course, to have your ring measured directly by a jeweler, but there are also practical ways to determine the right size at home.

Option 1: Using the Ring Multisizer (measuring tape)
To easily determine your ring size, you can request a free ring measuring tape – directly via this link .
This ring measuring tape—also known as a ring multisizer—shows you the correct EU size directly. It's a practical measuring aid that works like a mini belt. Place it around your finger and gently tighten it. Make sure that the ring not only fits comfortably in the selected size, but also fits easily over your knuckle and can be removed again. Now you can read your EU ring size directly.

💍 Option 2: Measuring an existing ring
If you already have a ring that fits well, you can measure its inner diameter in mm and multiply it by 3.14 . The result is your EU ring size.

Example:
➤ Inner diameter: 17.2 mm
➤ 17.2 × 3.14 = approx. 54 mm circumference
➤ Your size: EU 54

Important:
🕐 Time of day: Fingers are often a little narrower in the morning.
🌡️ Temperature: Rather thin in winter, slightly swollen in summer.
🖐️ Left vs. right hand: Both hands can be different sizes.
📏 Ring width: Wider rings fit more tightly – perhaps choose half a size larger.
📆 Change over time: Your ring size can also change.
