Welcome

Hey, I'm Nathalie – founder of OSONO Design, artist and passionate jewelry designer from Bern.

Growing up in Valais, surrounded by mountains and nature, I discovered a deep fascination with gemstones at an early age. Their colors, patterns, and special energy continue to guide me today and inspire my jewelry. I'm particularly fond of opals—each one is a unique work of nature's art.

Creations with heart

In my studio in Bern, I create unique pieces of jewelry – with great attention to detail and a deep appreciation for nature. I use only natural, untreated gemstones, which I source directly from stone cutters in Switzerland, Australia, and Mexico, as well as sustainable sterling silver, fine silver, and certified organic gold.

In a world that often seems hectic and distant, I want to create something that connects people. Each piece of jewelry is created with care and honest intentions – little treasures that bring joy, moments of happiness into everyday life, and encourage us to follow our dreams.

If you're looking for a special piece of jewelry or want to realize a personal idea, I look forward to creating something unique for you. ⋙ info@osonoart.ch or via CONTACT FORM

My artistic journey

At the end of 2018, after several years as an assistant in IT and urban planning, I decided to pursue my passion for art and seek new perspectives. Although I had already gained experience in interior design, photography, and painting, I still lacked the right medium to truly express my creativity freely and intuitively. So, my search led me to Mexico—a country full of inspiring artists, new experiences, and vibrant cultural encounters that have enriched me profoundly.

My time in Guanajuato in 2020 was particularly formative, where I learned the art of silversmithing under the guidance of the renowned silversmith Billy King – a formative step on my creative path.
This is how I found my way into a completely new form of artistic expression.

Today, I draw on these experiences, the craftsmanship I've acquired, and the travels that have deeply shaped me. They form the foundation of my work as an artist and jewelry designer.
